  • We can close SadiShop account due to any suspicious activity without warning.
  • We can cancel any order and refund money to you without any warning.
  • You can request order cancellation only if order is in processing stage.
  • You can not cancel the order if order in complete stage.
  • Any charges on refund will apply on customer.
  • Refund can be restored to your account in 1-7 working days depending on payment system and country.
  • We accept return only if product is in different size or shape which you have added during order.
  •  Customer must need to return product within 45 days of delivery.
  • In case of product damage or lost in free shipping method. SadiShop will not be responsible for it and there will be no refund for this.
  • It is not complementary to provide tracking information for free shipping method.
  • We can ship product from any of these locations (Pakistan & China).
  • Any custom tax/duties applied on product, Customer have to pay it.

Return Policy

We thoroughly inspect all items when they arrive at our returns facility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.

If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, insurance, and return shipping fees.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund. Products decrease in value over time; therefore, we reduce refunds for returns initiated over 30 days after delivery or received at our returns facility after 45 days.

You will receive a refund processed at the exchange rate effective at the time of purchase, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes on the order. We will issue your refund to the form of payment within 5 – 7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.

Once we issue your credit, we send you an email with your refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for processing. If you have any questions or concerns about credit posting, please contact your financial institution.

 

Return Policy Rules and Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items
    Any item specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page will not be accepted for returns.
  • Products Returned After 45 Days
    Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.
  • Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
    Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

General Information

SadiShop currently offers international shipping to over 180 countries.

We ship most items within 2-4 business days after you place your order. The delivery time frame may vary according to the destination and the shipping option you selected at when you place your order. Each option has a different average delivery time.

  • Free Express – Shipments are delivered in a 25-40 days after it leaves our International shipping facility.
  • Standard Express –  Shipments are delivered in a 25-35 days after it leaves our International shipping facility.
  • Fast Express  –  Shipments are delivered in a 5-10 days after it leaves our International shipping facility.

These Shipping time frames are in addition to the standard shipping time for an item to arrive at the international shipping facility from the SadiShop warehouse.

Media items (books, movies, music and games) may take an additional 5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates and fees will vary based on the item and shipping destination.

Our site will always display your order total in the currency you select, including any shipping rates or fees. There are no additional charges (except TAX & Duties) when the product arrives at your door.

International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your desired service level (Free, Standard or Fast Express), item type and quantity, total weight of your order, and the destination’s postal code. Additional charges related to shipping, duties, or tax are available at checkout for review before you complete your purchase.

Restrictions

Items available for international shipping vary depending on the delivery address. Please review the following restrictions for international orders:

  • Our system may prompt you to remove an item from your shopping cart if your destination country does not permit import of that item.
  • We cannot ship items that valued over $25,000 or orders totaling more than $25,000. If you order multiple items totaling over $25,000, please place separate orders with each order totaling under $25,000.
  • We cannot ship any sexual items or sexual products.
  • Any kind of Drugs and Medicines are not allowed.

Insurance

Shipment insurance protects your order against damage or loss while your order is in transit. You can purchase shipment insurance for 2% of your order’s cost, covering the value of your entire order. This insurance is not automatically included at checkout. To gain of this service, Please contact us.

The employees who process your order are thoroughly trained and evaluated on proper packaging methods to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. However, we encourage our customers to utilize our insurance program to protect any accidental damage. Without insurance, you may not file a claim for any loss or damage that occurred during the international shipping process.
